Ordering Information

Prints come in two sizes: 15 inches by 11 inches or 23.5 inches by 29 inches. These measurements include a border in white of between 2 and 3 cms to allow framing. The smaller size of print costs £150 (excluding carriage) and the larger £200 (excluding carriage). Please indicate on your order which size you require;
Prints are made on Epson watercolour paper weight 225gsm and 14,5mls thick. It is 100% cotton textured and acid free;
The reproductive quality of the print is of the highest standard. In practice, it is difficult to distinguish the prints from the original;
Prints are provided unframed;
Prints are produced in Limited Editions of 30;
All prints are signed by the artist and the issue number written upon the print;
All prints are despatched in a rolled up tube. On receipt, please unroll and lay flat. After a little while, the print will flatten. Prints can be mounted behind glass on mounts or portrayed on a stand alone basis;
Orders are despatched within 14 days after receipt of payment;
Orders must include the costs of post and packing as indicated;
Orders are taken from overseas, but a quotation is given via e-mail to cover postage and insurance costs. Order confirmation is required via e-mail and payment must be made before pictures / paintings are despatched;
Payment can be made via cheque or Bankers Draft in Sterling or Euros to “philippasinclair-art”.

Original water colours are shipped in a rolled unit, face outwards;
Original oils are shipped in cartons;
Due to the variable size of original art work and the higher degree of complexity in shipping, a quotation is made for the post and packaging costs of original artwork via e-mail. Confirmation of acceptance of the quotation is required;
Original art work is shipped without a frame;
Sizes quoted are in imperial inches, and are from painted edge to painted edge;
Despatch is within 14 days of receipt of payment;
